How to Apply
APPLICATION LINKS ARE LISTED ON THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES PAGE, UNDER THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY
WHEN PROPERTIES ARE AVAILABLE: Properties will be listed as available on the Residential Properties page. Click on the listing you are interested in to view more pictures and for the link to apply. Applications are property specific. If you have any questions, please use the “Contact Us” link on the website to reach out to us, or email heather@wrproperties.net.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed for an additional fee, but they MUST BE APPROVED first. If you are applying for a property and have a pet, there is a $300 non-refundable pet fee due at lease signing, and an additional $25/month rent. These charges are PER PET. Pet approval is part of the application process.
